Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, on unused items in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item reaches us, and usually clear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Faulty or incorrect items are always returned at our cost — attach a photo to the form and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
